  • Support from a trained professional

  • It depends on your goals and situation
  • Some people come for a few weeks, others for longer
Do you offer online counselling?
  • Yes — I work both online and face-to-face
Is everything confidential?
  • Yes — with the following exceptions where I have a legal or ethical duty to act:
  • If there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else
  • If I am required to disclose information by a court
  • If you share information about certain criminal activities (e.g. terrorism, money laundering, drug trafficking)
  • I’ll explain these limits clearly at the start so you know exactly where you stand.
Do I need a GP referral?
  • No — you can contact me directly
What if I don’t know what to say?
  • That’s okay
  • Part of counselling is finding the words together
